RoleThe Structuring position consists in pricing new structures and providing ideas of strategy and products for the Sales team. The position will also require the candidate to design and develop new pricing tools.
Skills & Qualifications

Successful candidates will have a strong background in derivatives pricing and a previous experience in derivatives structuring on Structured Products. We are looking for highly motivated and ambitious individuals to work in a fast growing derivative market.

Essential criteria:

  • Team player with a drive to succeed
  • Strong background in mathematics and derivative instruments
  • Good programming skills
  • Previous experience within a Structuring or Quantitative team preferable
  • Good knowledge of Structured Products
  • Ability to cope with pressure in a demanding and challenging front office environment
