YOUR ROLE
- Assisting the Sales and Structuring teams in dealing with our clients’ requests
- Creating marketing presentations to convey trade ideas
- Managing the new issue process and the client section of our website
- In-depth analysis of complex products, including back-testing / stress-testing, valuation and behaviour in secondary market
- Working on specific projects for the team
- This position may lead to a permanent role within the team as Junior Sales / Structurer
YOUR SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Prerequisite:
- A university or business school degree equivalent to a BSc or an MSc
- An appreciation of derivatives pricing and a keen interest in macroeconomics and finance
- A good eye for marketing
- Enthusiastic team player with the ability to work under pressure
- Meticulous and organised
Desirable:
- Previous experience in a front office role
- Proficiency in one or more foreign languages

- Client acquisition and business development in the institutional segment of one or more European countries
- Assessing clients’ investment objectives and understanding their needs
- Working alongside the structuring team to offer suitable investment and hedging strategies
- Manage the client relationship effectively to provide excellent service, build long term relationships and drive recurring business

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
